• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable under any condition, including failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

• Customers must record an unboxing video as proof in case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product. Only then, a free exchange will be facilitated.

• Orders placed incorrectly by customers (e.g., wrong size, color, or model) may be exchanged, but customers must bear both return and new delivery charges.
