At NoyaDokan, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our valued customers. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase, as all customers are bound by these terms upon placing an order.

1. No Returns & No Refunds

All products sold through NoyaDokan are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. Customers are advised to review product details, specifications, and descriptions before making a purchase.

2. Unboxing Video Required for Claims

To ensure a hassle-free resolution for damaged or mismatched items, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video will serve as evidence for any claims related to incorrect or damaged products.

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

  • The package must be unopened and intact upon receiving.

  • If a product is found damaged or incorrect in the unboxing video, customers are eligible for a free exchange.

3. No Refund or Exchange for Change of Mind

We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind after placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

4. Exchange Policy for Customer Miss-Orders

If a customer places an incorrect order (wrong size, color, or variant), an exchange may be allowed under the following conditions:

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the delivery charge for the exchanged item.

5. Delivery Charges & Payment Processing Fees Are Non-Refundable

  • All applicable delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Any payment processing fees incurred through Bkash, Nagad, or Bank Card transactions are non-refundable.

  • If an order is canceled before dispatch, any payment processing fees already deducted by the payment provider will not be refunded.
